Fear is the number one reason why you are not where you want to be. No one wants to fail and come up short on their goals, fitness or business wise.
Fear comes in different forms and encompasses us in many several ways. Here are 3 of the biggest fears people have.
1. FEAR OF FAILURE
You work so hard in trying to achieve your goal, but in the end, can't reach it.
2. FEAR OF SUCCESS
Your training program, your gym, your product is successful and makes an impact on peoples lives. You now garner attention and all eyes are on you. People will become more critical of you. They expect more. Scary thought.
3. FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN
Most likely the common fear we have when we start a fitness business. It holds us back in taking action. You don't know where to start, so you doubt yourself and as a result, don't take action.
Here's a tip... DO SOMETHING! ANYTHING. Nothing will happen if you don't take action. You'll still be where you are when you began. But with doing something, taking one step at a time in accomplishing your goals, becoming a better version of yourself, you move in the right direction. You have traction. The problem isn't our fears. Fear is useful. It is instructive. Don't let your fears paralyze you. Learn to process it. Embrace it and accept the challenge.
